The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and 6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
 
6. Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom applicable to agreements made and to be performed in the United Kingdom. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between TheConversionGurus.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the United Kingdom .
 
Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. TheConversionGurus.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. TheConversionGurus.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

All photos/images have been purchased directly from Stock Photo sites (not always just iStockPhoto). Rights will be purchased for your personal use only. Please read the terms of use at iStockPhoto to see the conditions for use of your image. We will not be held responsible for anyone using these images illegally or breaching the agreements.
At an extra price we can purchase an extended lisense, on request, if you wish to have the image separated from your design or wish to distribute your design on the net for commercial or non-commercial use. We highly recommend that you check out iStockPhoto's licensing here. Ultimately, you are completely responsible for which way you choose to display the images - we strongly suggest you keep within the conditions outlined in the licensed agreements. TheConversionGurus.com will, in no way, pay for any fines or legal costs.

8. Privacy

When you undertake to register yourself to receive an e-mail alert on this Website we ask for your first name and e-mail address, and from time to time the e-mail addresses and additional contact details of those who communicate with us via e-mail and request information ("Personal Data").

Any Personal Data that you give us will be treated with the utmost care and security. It will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
