The time it takes to complete your project will depend on
how much you need done. Small packages are usually completed in 2 days. Larger projects can take up to 10 days. If
there are stacks of orders ahead of you, we will email you the completion date for your designs. Note: It’s always
best to get in well before your site is to go live. Getting the graphics completed early will avoid the
disappointment of any time delays.
How do you deliver my
files?
Your complete graphics package or sales page will be
uploaded to our server in a complete web page format so you can get an idea of the overall look of your new design.
We will also send you your completed files to your email address in WinRAR format. We will keep a copy for future
reference and to possibly display in our portfolio.
Can I order a customized graphic
package?
You sure can. Just email us through our contact page, to
discuss packages, such as web design, graphic design, themes, or any other graphic design you may have in mind. The
more information you provide us with, the closer we can get to your ideal
What if I don’t like my
design?
If you absolutely don't like the design, you will get one
free revised version. If the revision is not to your satisfaction, you will have to pay to get more revisions,
unless we fail to increase your conversion rate. In the event that we do not increase your conversion rate we will
give you unlimited revisions until we do.
How many revisions do I
get?
You only get one free revision of each package, unless
otherwise stated. If we increase you conversion rate and you still want more revisions of the design, you will have
to pay for additional revisions (costs depend on the service package chosen). To avoid disappointment, please state
clearly the design, look and colour scheme you are wanting beforehand.
Can I request a .psd of all my
graphics?
When you order any package, you have the option of getting
your files in .PSD, at an extra cost.
With e-covers - due to licensing restrictions of image size
limits, I cannot give you the flat version. In the case where the design is totally unique and no stock images are
used, you may request the flat .psd layout.
Can I save money buy buyling in bulk
amounts?
Yes you can. If you are wanting us to rework a number of
your sites and you intend to buy bulk amounts, please contact us and we can arrange a discount
deal.
Can you consult me on my
design?
Yes, please email us in regards to how we can help you. We will give you a price list and
details of our consultation services. If you want we can eliminate the hassle of you having to find a designer,
programmer and copywriter and offer you our full sales page design service.
Can I JV with
you?
We are always looking for joint venture's and possible
project partners, so if you have suggestions, don't hesitate to contact me.
Do you install my minisite on my
server?
We can install your minisite free of charge on your server
if you order a minisite package for the value of $247 or more. If you spend less that $247 with us then you will
have to pay a $35 installation fee. Web hosting and domain names are not included.
